GolemCore Cloud Early Access Terms

1. Service scope

GolemCore Cloud provides a hosted environment for running GolemCore agents. The service may change as the product evolves, including features, pricing, or usage limits.

Access to the application, documentation, and related community resources is provided on an ongoing basis but may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including agent configurations, uploaded prompts, connected services, and third-party keys.

You may not use GolemCore Cloud to violate law, abuse third-party services, compromise security, distribute malware, or run workloads that would reasonably harm the platform or other users.

3. Billing and trials

Paid plans renew according to the billing period you choose. Trials, discounts, refunds, and annual pricing may change over time and are described on the pricing page or in the application.

If billing fails or a subscription ends, GolemCore Cloud may pause hosted agents until billing is restored or a new plan is selected.

4. Third-party services and BYOK

You may connect third-party providers such as LLM vendors, channels, MCP servers, and other integrations. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms and pricing.

When you provide your own API keys, you remain responsible for provider usage, quotas, and charges associated with those keys.

5. Availability and limits

GolemCore Cloud works to keep the service available and secure, but uptime is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

We may impose technical, storage, or fair-use limits to protect the service. Those limits may vary by plan.
