Early access privacy
GolemCore Cloud Early Access Privacy Notice
This is a practical summary of the categories of data GolemCore Cloud may process while the product is in its current early-access stage. A more detailed privacy policy may replace it as the service matures.
1. Information we collect
GolemCore Cloud may collect account details, billing information, agent configuration data, usage events, logs, and support messages that are necessary to operate the service.
If you connect third-party services or provide your own API keys, related configuration metadata may also be stored so the service can function.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to provide the service, secure accounts, operate billing, diagnose reliability issues, improve the product, and communicate important service updates.
Operational data may also be used to prevent abuse, enforce limits, and investigate incidents.
3. Secrets and provider keys
Provider keys and similar secrets are intended to be encrypted at rest and injected into running agents only as needed for service operation.
You remain responsible for the third-party services tied to those keys, including their own data handling and retention practices.
4. Sharing and retention
GolemCore Cloud may share information with infrastructure, billing, analytics, and support vendors that help operate the service, subject to appropriate contractual protections.
Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
5. Your choices
You can typically update account information, remove integrations, rotate keys, and cancel plans from the application. Additional requests can be made through support channels.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data.
6. Contact
For privacy questions, use the support or community channels linked on the site until a dedicated privacy contact is published.
